Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

IncoCard provides prepaid virtual and physical cards funded with cryptocurrency. Our service operates on a no KYC (Know Your Customer) basis - we do not require or collect identity documents, personal information, email addresses, or phone numbers.

Your account is accessed solely through a 10-digit access code provided at registration. This code is your responsibility to store securely.

2. No KYC Policy

IncoCard does not perform identity verification. By using our service, you acknowledge:

  • We do not collect or store personal identification information
  • We cannot recover lost access codes - you are solely responsible for storing your code
  • We do not link accounts to email addresses or phone numbers
  • All transactions are processed based on your access code only

3. Cards & Pricing

Virtual Cards: $99 per card, instant delivery upon payment confirmation.

Physical Cards: $299 per card, free worldwide shipping, activation required upon receipt.

Load Fee: 2% of the amount loaded onto any card.

Validity: All cards are valid for 3 years from creation date.

Load Limits: Minimum $10, maximum $5,000 per card.

4. No KYC Refunds

Refunds are processed without any KYC verification. Our refund policy:

  • Unactivated cards: Full refund available to your crypto address
  • Lost physical cards (before activation): Free replacement or full refund within 30 days of shipping
  • Activated cards: Cannot be refunded, but remaining balance can be transferred to a new card at no cost
  • Payment issues: Partial payments or failed transactions refunded to provided crypto address

No ID, documents, or personal information required for any refund. Simply provide a cryptocurrency address to receive your refund.

5. Balance Transfers

You may transfer remaining card balance to a new IncoCard at no cost. This is useful for:

  • Cards approaching expiration
  • Consolidating multiple card balances
  • Replacing a compromised card

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

We accept 25+ cryptocurrencies including Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, and others. Payment details:

  • Payments must be completed within the displayed time window
  • Send the exact amount shown to avoid processing delays
  • Card activation occurs automatically upon payment confirmation
  • Network confirmation times vary by cryptocurrency

7. Acceptable Use

IncoCard is a legitimate prepaid card service. Cards may not be used for:

  • Illegal activities in any jurisdiction
  • Fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Circumventing financial sanctions

We reserve the right to suspend cards used for prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

IncoCard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Lost access codes (codes cannot be recovered)
  • Merchant declines or payment processor restrictions
  • Cryptocurrency price fluctuations
  • Network delays in payment processing
  • Third-party service interruptions

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Significant changes will be announced on our website.
