What We Collect
IncoCard is designed to minimize data collection. Here's exactly what we store:
10-Digit Access Code
A randomly generated code that serves as your account identifier. Not linked to any personal information.
Card Data
Virtual card numbers, expiry dates, and CVV codes. This is necessary to provide the card service.
Transaction Records
Payment amounts and timestamps for your card loads. Required for payment processing.
Shipping Address (Physical Cards Only)
Required only for physical card delivery. Not linked to your identity.
What We DO NOT Collect
- ✕Names or legal identity
- ✕Email addresses
- ✕Phone numbers
- ✕Government IDs or documents
- ✕Photos or selfies
- ✕Social Security numbers or tax IDs
- ✕Bank account information
- ✕Biometric data
No KYC Refunds
Our refund process maintains your privacy:
- No ID verification required for refunds
- No proof of purchase beyond access code
- Refunds sent to cryptocurrency address you provide
- No personal information requested
Simply provide your access code and a crypto address. That's all we need to process your refund.
Cryptocurrency Payments
We accept privacy-focused cryptocurrencies like Monero (XMR) for maximum transaction privacy. When paying with Monero:
- Transaction amounts are hidden
- Sender and receiver addresses are obfuscated
- No linkable transaction history
Other cryptocurrencies are also accepted, but Monero provides the highest level of payment privacy.
Data Security
While we minimize data collection, we secure what we do store:
- Encrypted database storage
- Secure HTTPS connections
- No third-party analytics that track individuals
- Regular security audits
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the service to function:
- Session cookie: Keeps you logged in during your visit
- No tracking cookies
- No advertising cookies
- No third-party cookies
Your Rights
Since we don't collect personal data, traditional data rights like "right to be forgotten" largely don't apply. However:
- You can stop using the service at any time
- Remaining balance can be transferred or refunded
- We don't sell or share any data with third parties
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Our core commitment to no KYC and minimal data collection will not change. Significant updates will be announced on our website.
